In consideration of my participation in the 2026 IDNIYRA North American & Nationals Championship, I hereby release all claims I may have against the International DN Ice Yacht Racing Association, the Western and Central Regions, its member clubs, and all Officers and Officials, the regatta volunteers (“Releasees”) for damage to property, personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during or after the regatta. I understand that it is my sole and exclusive responsibility to decide whether or not to race or to start or to continue to race and to evaluate ice conditions in, to, from, or near the race and launch areas. I hereby certify my compliance with the IDNIYRA Regatta rules requiring liability insurance and certify that I hold valid personal liability insurance coverage for this regatta with limits of at least $300,000 (US). I hereby certify the above entry to be correct to the best of my knowledge and that the skipper complies with eligibility requirements of this regatta.
